I have a spinal cord stimulator & have about 15-20% improvement in pain level from pre-implant. Is that percentage about average for others?
No: Most patients will receive at least 50% reduction in their pain. How much reduction in pain did you have during your trial? I have a spinal cord stimulator implanted in my back my employer is asking for me to take a polygraph will this interfere with the test?

If it doesn't work well, talk to your doctor to see if it can be reprogrammed before removal. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
