I had fatty liver, lost weight second scan result (Liver normal size, shape, echotexture. No gallstone), is fatty liver gone? But bilirubin 47 ALT 134
Not sure.: without seeing all of the liver test results, it is difficult to comment on what may be happening. Obviously, with your ALT elevated, there is still something wrong. I would return to your gastroenterologist for further explanation and evaluation. Good luck. ...Read more

Congrats: Great job on reducing the fat on your liver. I assume you lost weight to have this happen…. Your albumin is low normal, maybe you are too extreme with your dieting, but a better gauge of your nutritional status is a pre albumin blood test. You may also have a lower albumin level due to a loss of protein in your kidneys, have your kidneys checked out too. What was your albumin level 11 months ago? ...Read more
my blood test showed abnormal liver enzymes and elevated pancreatic enzymes. Hepatitis negative. I don't drink alcohol. Ultrasound and CT negative. ?
Other causes: Amylase, Lipase and liver enzymes can be elevate, due many other reasons such as acute cholecystitis, biliary sludge, chronic pancreatitis or even drug induced. Imaging does not necessarily pick up small gallstones or biliary sludge. Also, clinical symptoms need to be correlated with your lab work to narrow down the diagnosis. Are you having jaundice, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramps, etc? ...Read more

Obesity,wt loss: Welcome back. Don't know your current weight. You have lost over 60 pounds since march. What was weight then, now? Still overweight? Elevated liver enzymes - sonogram looks fine - liver biopsy performed years ago. Retest of enzymes level out and then raise again. Abdominal bloating?
Need clarification: AGT is not a liver enzyme. GGT is, so as ALT or AST. However a value of 837 is high, too high to be benign. It is unlikely to be related to alcohol use, although 7 drinks a week for a female maybe excessive. You need to see a liver specialist, a hepatologist, for input, since you may need additional testing to rule out other causes, such as primary biliary cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis, etc. ...Read more
