Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) crash: A "crash" after stopping stimulants like Adderall may happen. I see you're also on xanax (alprazolam) and cyproheptadine, which can cause fatigue and drowsiness too. Discuss with your psychiatrist, as you may need to taper these also. Possible nephritis: I'm not sure but it's known to cause nephritis (serious kidney problems) that may manifest with fatigue. It can also cause magnesium deficiency ; other serious problems.
