Extreme fatigue that's suddenly appeared after miscarriage 3wk ago, also my breasts have increased in size after shrinking. Could I be pregnant again?

No: MOther than the mild depression (if it is because of the loss of the pregnancy) - those symptoms are not common, especially so long (5 months) after the miscarriage. Clomid (clomiphene) from 7/23 to 7/27 is the appropriate time for taking clomid (clomiphene). If you are having irregular cycles, and are taking clomid (clomiphene) to induce predictable ovulation, the symptoms would not occur on the days taking the clomid (clomiphene) ("days 5-9") but could on day 12-14 and beyond.
