Extreme fatigue that's suddenly appeared after miscarriage 3wk ago, also my breasts have increased in size after shrinking. Could I be pregnant again?

No: MOther than the mild depression (if it is because of the loss of the pregnancy) - those symptoms are not common, especially so long (5 months) after the miscarriage. (the heavy cycles can be normal, but best to see your doctor and have a sonogram and make sure nothing unusual with the lining of your uterus).
