Septoplasty: Do the surgery. It will help your breathing and the sleep apnea as you will breathe better, and if you have cpap, you will tolerate it much better. B-blocker not reason: Constellation of symptoms consistent with migraine headaches. If b-blockers were started then, stopped these symptoms wouldn't be expected to have persisted. There are also metabolic reasons for migraine headaches such as low thyroid or low cortisol function. Labs done?
