I have an armpit fat. It looks very bad. Is it serious? I read it online that it an extra breast tissue. What should I do?
Removal will help: Yes some people are born with supr numary breast tissue , some times even several small nipple like structures extenuating to pubic area called mammary line, this excessive tissue bulges out of axilla, some times gives pain, due to this and cosmetic reason could be removed , scar could be buried invisibly under axilla. ...Read more

My armpits are convex and bulgy. my friends laugh when they see it. can i remove the fat in a natural way?
Those aren't friends: ,so first get rid of them- then, if you then find you still want something done, the only option would be surgery. Several options: Liposuction, Liposuction curettage (to also decrease sweat glands) ± hair removal- which I call The Underarm Overhaul. Open surgery would also work. Best option would depend entirely on a plastic surgeon's exam ...Read more
I have no medical insurance and I have excess mass tissue under armpits since i was 15 super embarrassing is it expensive since I have no med coverage?
Tough problem.: It's likely that even if you had health insurance, removal of excess tissue under the arms would be seen as "elective" or "cosmetic, " meaning that you don't have to have it removed. So it really might be an out-of-pocket expense to you. There are some plastic surgeons who work on a sliding scale, or offer a payment plan to spread the cost out over a longer period of time. Lose weight: Unfortunately, there are not really any tricks or special exercises to lose fat in particular areas. You need to lose weight overall, then you'll see an improvement in these areas. Diet and exercise - it's more important to make small changes that you can live with long term than to lose a lot of weight (only to gain it back). Meeting with a dietician is often helpful. My baby is now 1 year old and i still have armpit fat. How long does it take to reduce?. Can exercise reduce the armpit fat?
Depends: Your armpit fat may be accessory breast tissue. Are you still breast feeding? If you are, the tissue under the arm will stay enlarged along with the normal breast tissue as long as you're breast feeding. Once you stop breast feeding, the normal lactating breast tissue will decrease in size as well as the accessory tissue under the arm. Ask your ob/gyn to take a look. ...Read more

Go to MD: You need to see your MD for a full exam. A mass occupying the axilla could be many things, including painless lymphadenopathy or a lipoma. However, it is better for you to get a physical exam so that your physician can determine whether you need a biopsy or further investigation of a medical problem. Don't wait any longer. Good luck to you. ...Read more

Cardio Mix: If you have adipose tissue to lose (not everyone does), then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. May be normal.: One's doctor can carefully examine the breasts and armpits to see it they feel normal. Breasts normally extend towards the armpits, but if a woman has swelling in her armpit area each time she has a baby and breastfeeds, she might have some extra breast tissue (milk-producing glands) in the armpit area. That would be an "extra" breast, a small lump without an extra nipple. ...Read more
