I was doing a hiit fat loss program(full body). But I stopped for exams. Now I can feel different parts of my body pulsuating( the parts I excerise)?

Would one 60 min cardio secession be more beneficial than two 30 min secessions or no dif? Goal of fat loss. Nutrition & intensity aspects understood.
2 sessions: 2 sessions spread apart by a couple of hours could raise your metabolism longer than one long session. The idea is- after each half hour session- your metabolism will be raised lets say for 1/2 a hour ( a total of one hour of increased burning calories). No: I am not familiar with synedrex but generally I do not recommend any medcation for fat loss. The best method is eating less calories and burning more calories off (exercise). A change in lifestyle that does this is the most effective method for weight loss and permanent changes.
