Yup, entirely normal: Advertisements for diets and diet products try to convince people that their stuff allows weight loss without hunger. Don't believe it. Speak with a health professional about ways to reduce hunger when dieting, such as increasing exercise. But do not expect to eliminate it entirely. Both: This question has no answer for someone who is an otherwise healthy young male. In reality physicians are much more concerned with sugar content than fat content when it comes to milk. But, the dairy industry has marketed these products so effectively that one would not even know that milk was a high sugar food.
