Fat Free Foods
Most low fat and fat free foods are high in sugar. However i'm told these are better choices when it comes to dairy. Should i eat whole or low fat?
Opinions, opinions: I don't think it will matter too much - so a big part of your answer will be which you like better. Also different brands can differ. But, i've heard from nutritionist friends that the range from whole to fat free is much smaller than the public thinks. Low fat foods : Low fat foods may help but not if they contain additional sugar. Losing stomach weight is difficult and unlikely without consistent aerobic exercise 4 to 5 times a week in your target zone. I am 19 yrs i have chronic pancreatitis(idiopathic), i want to increase my weight any advice for exercise.i am having fat free food no animal proteins?
Will be difficult.: Most ppl w/ CIP become thin. To increase weight, you need 2 increase caloric (food) intake. I normally recommend exercise & increasing protein intake. However, ur diet & pancreas preclude this. There must be some (vegetable?) proteins that you can consume. I would have you coordinate with a nutritionist who is experienced with your condition. Is it better to look for foods that are fat-free or sugar-free for healthy weight loss and exercise? I am looking for low sugar diet. No aspartame?
Plant-based diet: No obesity if hunger matches calorie need. But sodas, refined sugars, meat and dairy mess up that match. Worse, cookies, fries actually cause hunger because of blood sugar peaks and troughs. Doesn’t take much: extra 100 calories/day = 10 lbs weight gain/year.
