Hi why is it so hard for me to loose weight I've tried everything diet exercise even fat burning supplements is there any other options out there?
Loose weight: Please set up an appointment to see a dietitian! You will do fine.
No: None are nearly as effective as a low carbohydrate diet.
Don't do it: There is no data looking at taking wellbutrin (bupropion) with an overthecounter supplement. Neutraceuticals like shredz do not tell the exact amounts of ingredients b/c they are not monitored by the fda. It does contain caffeine and green tea extract which can act as a stimulant of the central nervous system. Thus shredz combined with stimulation from wellbutrin (bupropion) may cause increased anxiety and insomnia.

Does L-Carnitine taken as a fat burning supplement in a capsule/tablet form (500mg-1g a day) have an interaction with bcp Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol)?
Forgot carnitine!: Carnitine is a waste of money. The only successful way lose weight is to know the calories of the foods you eat currently and then decrease the amount you take it. If you eat less calories than you need each day, you lose weight, eat more, you gain weight. It's that simple. Counting calories is free and works to teach you how to control your weight for life.! NO high protein-low carb diets!
Here are some:: CLA: For reducing body fat in obese patients, a dose of 1.8 to 7 grams per day has been used. However, doses greater than 3.4 grams per day do not seem to offer any additional benefit. L-Carnitine: The standard dose for L-carnitine is between 500-2,000mg.
Can you please describe common natural supplements that are good for fat burning or metabolic increase?
Metabolism: The best way to increase your metabolism is to stay active (as in exercise, not just walking), and eat frequent small meals (3-5 meals a day). There is no herbal supplement or drug that will do this magically for you. The exception would be people with hypothyroidism who need to take synthroid (thyroxine) to make them euthyroid (and as a by product increases their metabolism).
