Breathing: Begin a simple meditation. take slow breaths and count each one, up to 10 then down to one. Every time you think about something other than breathing - redirect your thoughts back to slow breaths and counting. Also, set a wake time that is the same everyday - and stick to it; then set a bed time and stick to it; if you are laying there frustrated then get up and read in a dimly lit room for 30min.
