Fall Asleep Wake
I am having difficulties sleeping through out the night.I fall asleep&wake up after about 3 hours thereafter I battle to sleep again?
For 1yr I get very fatigued fall asleep wake up in a hot sweat nauseated have a soft bowl movement followed by cold sweat vomiting and cant walk?
Wgt gain, insomnia (can't fall asleep/ wake up early) & constipation for about 1 yr. Are these related? What test should I ask my dr. To do?
Maybe.: Well there are several things to get evaluated. Should get evaluated for depression but also for any type of thyroid disorder. Constipation for one year is not healthy. Episodes of extreme cold/chills, no fever. I cover & fall asleep wake up sweating. Nauseated, fatigued. No diarrhea/vomiting, no other symptoms. ER?
Need more info: It does not seem as if this is an emergency and that you could be seen Monday by a PCP, but this depends upon a variety of factors. Hi, my husband is 42, he will fall asleep but wakes up shortly after and then gets up, shortly after, normally about 2am., he wakes, up, and he is anxious?
I struggle to fall asleep and wake up every few hours regardless of where I am. Zopiclone did not help much. What might be the problem?

Sleep Hygiene is Key: Retire & rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark & cool & use only for sex & sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs & no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized & finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. I have had sleep studies, many sleep meds, and still i don't sleep. I fall asleep, but wake up at least every hour. What else could i do?
I feel like I have 2 heartbeats. 1 is normal. The other beats rapidly. It starts just after i fall asleep and wakes me up & stops when i sit up.
