Febrile illness: Please get checked because dengue can be serious and it's rainy season there now, so it's more prevalent. It could be malaria too although I don't know if u live in the city or the countryside? You can look for small red spots in the skin which might indicate dengue. Too soon: The symptoms of a new HIV infection (acute retroviral syndrome, or ARS) don't start before about 10 days. Maybe sometimes as soon as 7 days, but 3 days isn't possible. Also, as you apparently know, ARS usually includes sore throat, so that's also against HIV as the cause. It's something else. These symptoms are indeed consistent with malaria or typhoid, but also many other infections. See doctor. ...Read more

See below: Are all these tests showing positives for acute disease or old disease? If new, you need treatment for rmsf and likely toxo. Parvovirus will usually resolve without sequela with supportive care. As for allergies to antibiotics, this can be tested for and determine if true or not.
