Why exactly is it advisable to use your bed only for sleeping and not for other activities?

If you are not ready for sleep or can't fall asleep, you should go to another room to read, watch tv quietly, etc. Then you can return to the bed to try to fall asleep again. It is a way of training the insomniac's body to use the bed only for sleep. ...Read more
