Over the last year I've had dry facial skin. Skin is fine everywhere else on my body. I only shave 2x a week. What could this be?

Wash & Moisturize: Wash you face twice a day with a bland moisturizer like cetaphil and then apply a bland lotion like cetaphil or cerave. You can use a clarisonic brush to wash the face and that will remove make up better than soap & water alone. Additionally, a salicylic wash or benzoyl peroxide wash can help with acne.
