Get it checked out: Get a good neuro exam. Then I suspect you'll be having an MRI study performed to exclude treatable conditions. The trigeminal nerve or one of its branches might be affected on the right side or you might have a white matter demyeling condition of the brain like ms. The nerves subserving sensation to the face (for the most part the trigeminal nerve) is huge, and the transmission of signals can go into the very high cervical spinal cord.
