There : There is much crossover between certain specialties especially dermatology and plastic surgery. Your question is a bit of an over simplification. In general there is some truth to it, but it is complicated. Dermatologists and plastic surgeons both specialize in the skin, both can treat the entire body (not just the face) and both provide non-surgical as well as surgical treatments.
