See your doctor about an attempt at decolonization with Bactroban Nasal ointment, hibiclens soap shower and shampoo and possibly one of several antibiotics that obtain high nasal secretion levels such as minocycline, septra, (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) or rifampin.
