I had 3 cervical facet joint injection yesterday. Is it normal for my neck to have extreme pain and stiffness? What to do for the pain?

Normal: If it does not resolve in a week, call your doctor to see what options you may have regarding this increased pain. Although uncommon, it can happen and usually will go away on its own. You could try taking some Anti-inflammory medications (ibuprofen, naproxen) round the clock for the next few days and even ice the area 20min on and 20 min off. ...Read more
