Myokymia: Random twitching of an eyelid, which happens in normal people, is called myokymia (an involuntary, spontaneous, quivering of a few muscle cell bundles within a muscle). Myokymia starts and stops spontaneously. In the eyelids, it can last a few minutes to a few days. It can be caused by stress, dry eyes, lack of sleep. I suspect your case is due to strain associated with the chin ups. ...Read more

Could be normal.: Involuntary movements may occur during the dreaming phase of sleep. Some people may have difficulty getting to sleep because they worry a lot and when they finally fall asleep their muscles twitch which can cause them to wake up. It can also happen when you are very tired and yet you may have a hard time to relax and sleep. I wouldn't worry too much about this. ...Read more

Hyperthyroidism: So what's your question? Hyperthyroidism or excess thyroid function needs to be evaluated & treated to minimize risk for palpitations, racing heart beat, atrial fibrillation, tremors, anxiety, bulging eyes (exophthalmos), weight loss, bone density loss, etc. Hyperthyroidism might explain some of your symptoms but i'm not sure about red lump & sore nipple (gynecomastia?).
