That's an idea!: But, the human body doesn't work that way. Moving the facial muscles won't reduce facial fat. If there is too much fat overall (in various places in the body), then one should exercise the large muscle groups such as the arms and legs, because using those muscles will burn calories (and burning calories without eating the calories back, will force the body to use stored fat as its fuel). ...Read more
