Can you be seen: By your doctor? Could be migraines and if once a month may be related to periods. If medicine bothers you, consider seeing an acupuncturist and/or a homeopathic practitioner. Both of those modalities have a lot to offer. Acupuncture can balance hormones and potentially reduce/abort your headaches if they are hormonally related.
What would cause one side of my face to flush and not the other? My right side feels like its on fire but my left side feels fine.

Nobody is: Completely symmetrical. If the deformity is really extensive, consult with a plastic surgeon to see if anything can be done about it. If not, it probably is of no clinical concern.
