Hello. I was prescribed today penicillin 500mg. And tramadol hcl 50mg. But my face is swollen extreme. Pain., tramadol is for pain but im still in pain. Can I take ibuprofen. And can I put some maxium strength. Anbelsol?

Could be many things: Pain of any kind is an indicator that there is cause to see a doctor. My advise would be to see your dentist or prosthodontist first. They will be able to check your teeth & gums to make sure there is no infection, & also evaluate the function of your jaws for TMJ disorder.
