Eyes test was perfect 20/20 vision. I see black spots flashes and Sparks of blue but my eye test was perfect nothing wrong. What could be the cause?

Not likely.: This does not fit the typical presentation of a brain tumor. That would be headache, vision change, or even more likely, a gait disturbance. It still might be one, but highly unlikely. More likely, is something like a nerve compression, or seizure, or some other illness. Dry eyes (schimmer test 10mm in 5 min), dry mouth, mild anemia, low b12. Negative autoantibodies (ana, ssa, etc). Could it be Sjogren?
