Lack of sun exposure: Lack of adequate sun exposure also leads to vitamin d deficiency in adults, too. However, sun exposure + sun block won't work. You need sun exposure w/o sun block, which then increases risk for skin cancer. Not to mention, it's pretty hot in uae to go outside. Better/safer to take vitamin d supplement.
