Eyes Sensitive To Light In Morning
I hit my head during a sports session, at the moment I just felt dizzy, however the next morning my eyes felt sensitive to light and felt like vomiting?
Concussion: These are signs of a concussion, but with the feeling of vomiting the next day you have to make sure no bleeding in brain. If you are already a few days out from the injury, then more than likely only a concussion. Rest and don't do other activity. You can get second impact syndrome. (getting hit in head while already concussed). When all symptoms gone, gradually go back to activity.See 2 more doctor answers

As long as the eyes are not diseased and the vision is good, then you don't have to worry about this although you might carry sunglasses with you more often.
Eye MD: See an ophthalmologist to manage this problem.
Ophthalmic exam: You may consult your doctor. It coud be many reason or not.

Could use your help docs! My eyes are very sensitive to light and they tear almost everyday is there anything I can do?
Get an eye exam: Dry eye commonly causes a variety of symptoms such as grittiness, light sensitivity, eye fatigue, fluctuating vision, and even tearing. Tearing that occurs when the eyes are dry as a baseline is called reflex tearing. The eyes suddenly pour out tears in response to the dryness. These tears are not usually very lubricating. Other conditions such as eye inflammation and glaucoma can also cause this.
Yes: Blue eyes have less pigment in the iris and therefore transmit light to the retina easier, increasing light exposure and sensitivity. Not all blue-eyed people are abnormally sensitive to light. Adaptation can happen, as well as the wearing of sun glasses for protection and comfort.See 1 more doctor answer
