Concussion: These are signs of a concussion, but with the feeling of vomiting the next day you have to make sure no bleeding in brain. If you are already a few days out from the injury, then more than likely only a concussion. Rest and don't do other activity. You can get second impact syndrome. You should see your primary care doctor though for a careful neurological physical examination. And if the symptoms persist for a month a brain MRI is probably warranted at that point.
