I hit my head during a sports session, at the moment I just felt dizzy, however the next morning my eyes felt sensitive to light and felt like vomiting?
Concussion: These are signs of a concussion, but with the feeling of vomiting the next day you have to make sure no bleeding in brain. If you are already a few days out from the injury, then more than likely only a concussion. Rest and don't do other activity. You can get second impact syndrome. Unlikely tumor: There are many causes for pressure under eyes and light sensitivity. Unlikely to be a brain tumor. You should see your primary care doctor though for a careful neurological physical examination. And if the symptoms persist for a month a brain MRI is probably warranted at that point. Sensitive to light: Sensitivity to light after cataract surgery is usually due to post-operative inflammation. Steroid eye drops decrease this. Rebound inflammation may occur after steroids are tapered. See your eyeMD if sensitivity to light still present. Blepharitis & Contac: T lens wear do not go together! This is a recipe for disaster, as the bacteria involved with causing blepharitis will end up under your contact lens, and create a vicious cycle.
