When I wake, for about 30secs I see black spots projected on the wall. Both eyes have the same dot formation. They fade out and are gone until sleep. ?

Eyes test was perfect 20/20 vision. I see black spots flashes and Sparks of blue but my eye test was perfect nothing wrong. What could be the cause?
Possible migraine: If you are seeing these spots and sparks in a pattern and for some defined period of time (15-30 min) this could be due to migraine visual phenomena.
