Observe for now: If your appearance is not severe and you don't have many symptoms as a result, surgery is probably not indicated. It may or may not get better with conservative treatment, but if you don't have symptoms which bother you greatly, you probably don't need surgery. Follow up needed!: The nice thing here is that you can be followed up clinically and observed. Follow your surgeon's directions. Should likely be seen every 4-6 months for a 2 years or so. If no recurrence, then at least annually! ...Read more
