I use at home waxing strips and now underneath my eyebrow on my eyelid it's red and burning it's been like that all day . What should I do?

The : The blurring of vision you are describing could be caused by a large list of reasons ranging from benign dry eye to a more serious blood flow issue. It is important to note if you are experiencing any other neurologic symptoms during these episodes such as headache, nausea, numbness/weakness of your arms or legs, dizzyness, ect. These could be signs of a blood flow issue and warrants a prompt workup with your pcp. The fact it clears with Aspirin is unusual and may or may not be related to your condition. Dry eye can also cause blurry vision when you wake up. This usually resolved with blinking or consistant artificial tears. Other corneal issues have also been known to cause blurryness in the am. I'm sorry i can not give you a set answer. You do need a proper eye examination by an ophthalmologist to rule out corneal or retinal problems. If the eye examination is normal, the doctor may want to refer you to a neuro-ophthalmologist for a further evaluation. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
