That's a tough one..: Trichotillomania, hair and eyelash pulling, is very difficult to deal with, as you know. I'm sure you know that working on stopping the pulling is the long-term solution. No specific supplements other than general healthy diet with lots of veggies and fruits is recommended. "Oiling" the lash with vaseline/Aquaphor/olive oil & lemon may help.
