Relax, see dr.: Brain tumors in your age group are not common. If the headache goes away with paracetamol and there are no neural symptoms like confusion, weakness, numbness, double vision, the headache is worse in the afternoon, and no nausea and vomiting, you can relax. Make an appointment with your doctor for a neurological exam and ask if you may need other tests done.Sometimes sertralene can cause headaches. ...Read more

Can y ou have a malignant tumor behind your eye causing any headaches or classic symptoms?

Perhaps: Benign or malignant tumors could cause headaches/pain, vision loss, proptosis (protrusion of the eye), double vision. Worried about a brain tumor only symptom i have is very mild tight band feeling around head doesnt get worse 23yo female?

Would it help.....: if I told you that with that as the only symptom, your other listed conditions as well as the fact you're on birth control pills that brain tumor is so far down the list of entities that it'd take you 1 week on a jet elevator going DOWN at 1000 mph to get to that diagnosis as opposed to anything else. A good neurological exam will prove it to you if you've also doubted your doctor's opinion. ...Read more

39 yr old. Feels like gentle poke / ping on top right side of head for months. Not headache; no brain tumor symptoms, but worried. My dr says stress?

Doubt tumor: head dyscomfort symptoms are like snow flakes. Rarely do 2 people describe the same type of symptoms based on their perception. You wont' find anything in the literature about a ping pong sensation in your head. After 23 hears I have learned that unusual sensations like this that haven't been described in the literature mean nothing. Ping pong sensation can point to middle ear issue. ...Read more

Brain tumor symptoms.? I have dull pressure. On left side top head and my left eye is foggy and.I feel pressure around that area?

Probably not: Although it's possible, what you describe doesn't cause alarm about brain tumors in my mind. Dull head pain and pressure where you describe is more likely something boring, like sinus congestion. When you say your eye is "foggy", do you mean you have trouble seeing? If yes, that is more concerning and you should see a doctor right away. Some eye problems can cause head pain and pressure. ...Read more
