Keep a diary : Do you also experience hearing or visual changes, or sensory or movement changes in your extremities? If so, then you need an in-person checkup. But probably you don't, & are likely OK. So I would recommend keeping a diary for 1-2 weeks at least, noting timing, nature & associated features whenever these symptoms occur.
