Hi, I'm 25 and I bruise very easily. Many unexplainable. Also with worsening/darkening under eye circles. Could it just be age or vitamin deficiency?
Multiple Problems: Dark circles under eyes can be from allergies or sleep deprivation or both. Easy bruising can be caused by blood disorders but can also be caused by certain vitamin supplements like fish oil, flax seed oil or other high omega 3 fatty acids.
