See an MD: Are you diagnosed with seizure disorder? It's normal to feel groggy and 'out of it' for a while after a seizure, but severe headaches don't necessarily go with seizures and would need to be worked up by an md. Let's analyze: The eye twitching could be ocular myokymia, due to eyestrain, fatigue, stress, chemical imbalance, and the back pain may be due to degenerative spondylosis, or a disc issue. You list ampyra, a drug used to improve walking in ms patients, but do not list other ms disease modifiers. Do you in fact have ms?
