Face pain/spasms, dizzy, neck pain, after doing chin ups and chest dips? Sometimes I get eyelid twitching too. What causes this? How do i fix it?

Get checked: Clearly, not a normal response after doing chin ups. For this particular cause, tratment must be delivered to the neck. ...Read more

Right Index finger and right eye lid twitching. Leg cramps, neck pain, headache on temples. Vertigo.

Sounds systemic: There are too many problems to be isolated to 1 specific part of the body. I am not sure of what medications you are taking or what other medical conditions you have, but given your age I suspect that you have an electrolyte imbalance that is causing this cascade of problems. It could point to something serious. Get to an urgent care center or ER to get your electrolytes checked & other tests. GL! ...Read more
