Might it be that a burnt cornea affect your eye sight?

Might it be that a burnt cornea affect your eye sight?

Yes: There can be permanent scarring. Nonetheless, most patients heal surprisingly well. Many escape with only temporary blurriness. Many doctors postulate that some of the thermal energy from the burn is absorbed by the tear film, so many corneal burns are blunted in their effect.

Hi docs, would exercising my eyes improve my eye sight a bit?

Not likely: Is your eye sight not good from uncorrected vision that would be clear with proper glasses or contacts? Or because of some disease process which needs treatment? Or is it some permanent process? Best to have an ophthalmologist evaluate you and see if any of these are operative. You cannot improve eyesight by so called "natural" means including exercises. ...Read more
