Squirting eye: 1st, it is probably normal..EVERYONE has tiny tubes the carry our tears away from our eyes and down into the nose aided by gravity...That's why our nose runs when we cry..If you blow your nose and that pressure pushes from your nose backwards , that pressure can push the tears backwards and back where they started, in your eyes..Then they have to start that journey all over again...So relax ...Read more

You are getting: Pressure release through the lacrimal duct. You are blowing your nose too hard. You should consult a doctor why you are having such bad nasal congestion. It could be sinusitis or uncontrolled allergy. ...Read more

Good old cold!: Sounds like you have a good ol' cold. Congestion from the cold gives that pressure feeling, and the drainage can cause the cough. Kinda green means the body is sending white blood cells to fight the infection - that's a good thing. Since no fever or aches, doubt influenza or sinus infection. Wait 10-14 days with symptomatic care (humidifier, saline rinses of sinuses...) and if not better, doctor. ...Read more

Sinus rinsing: Nasal rinsing/neti-pot saline rinse is a very effective FIRST line remedy for acute sinus issues (I usually recommend chitorhino (chitorhino.com). You may want to consider a short course of nasal decongestants like Afrin or neosynephrine - but use these for no more than 3 days. A "cold" that lasts more than 7-10 days is a sinus infection by definition - antibiotics are needed at that point. ...Read more

URI: Sounds like an Upper Respiratory Tract infection, can still be viral, and the cough can be from the irritated upper or lower airways.
