Fever: Hard to say what is going on by the limited description. The headache could be from the fever. However the description of eyes hurting is concerning for meningitis. Nosebleeds and eyes blood shot is probably from spontaneous submucosal or conjunctival hemorrages. Headaches - in your current situation need to rule out spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage. ? allergy mediated?: Could be allergy mediated symptoms you are having. Sometimes the type of heat you have (forced air through vents, as opposed to floor radiation, etc) can cause dryness, nose bleeds, etc at this time of year as well.
