I have eye floaters from age 12.At 16 eye flashes started.Now at 18 eye floaters are continuosly noticeable with flashes occur every 8-15 days.
Dr. Says mild case of glaucoma. Pressure down from 31 to 14 w/drop. Thankfully glaucoma caught after exam for eye floater. At age 59 what is prognosi?
May be: Vitreous is like a jelly inside the eye that changes with advancement of age. Typically the change happens after age of 50. If the person had surgery, trauma or myopia then the change could happen earlier. The vitreous changes may lead to more floaters. Do all people have some form of eye floaters from birth but they can increase with age? Possible to have them for a while & not realize it?
