You need to see: Your doc. Depending on risk factors it could be cardiac. It could be reflux, it could be anxiety. Your young for a cardiac issue but that is what we must consider it until proven otherwise. Use a daily Aspirin until u get in and use some Prilosec otc in case it's reflux.
