No: Tpo ab's do not diagnose hypothyroidism. Only thyroid function tests (free t4, tsh) can do that. If you don't have hypothyroidism, why are you on levothyroxine? If you do have hypothyroidism and need t4, make sure it's brand name medication as the generics are unreliable. ...Read more
