Skin issues: Oily and scaling skin on the face may be seborrheic dermatitis. Acne is another problem. I would suggest referral to dermatologist for a full exam. Acne may respond to benzoyl peroxide and topical or oral antibiotics or vitamin a derivatives. I get very hard sebum plugs on my scalp after washing hair. Scalp also bevomes painful. There's not much flaking. Is it seb dermatitis?
