A temper tantrum is an event in which a child is angry and cries, screams, hits, kicks, and/or throws himself onto the ground to get things done his way from Mom, Dad, or another family member. My 4 mo old son has always been fussy, and has been throwing seeming temper tantrums. History of ear infections and physically advanced. What to do?
Doctor can evaluate: If a 4 year-old is pushing when pooping, or pooping firm poops, a parent can try giving the child 8 ounces of prune juice each day. If the child doesn't like prune juice, one can try giving half prune / half apple juice. Usually, laxatives are needed. There are flavored, over-the-counter laxatives that kids like. The doctor can evaluate and offer ideas, to truly get rid of persistent constipation. ...Read more
NO,of course not: Temper tantrums are a function of the more primitive part of the brain. No: Your daughter is obese. Without her height, I cannot tell you exactly how overweight, but unless she is over six feet tall 145 pounds is way too much. You both need to do drastic changes to your lifestyle. You should never buy soda, juice, junk food or white bread. What she has available to her will set her choices. She also needs to start a routine of exercise - suggest starting with daily walk. ...Read more

Diet again: I suspect that this is high calorie malnutrition, i.e. Too many calories (particularly sweets, pop, caffeine etc) and insufficient vitamin content. It puts stress on vitamin b1 metabolism and it results in emotional irritability, often associated with violence. I have suggested that this is a major cause of the school shootings. Nobody has looked at diet mayhem and it needs doing. ...Read more
I'm a young woman 25 yrs old 3 kids 9, 7, 4 yrs old why don't I have a sex drive its ruining my relationship , making me very self conscious ?
Pretty normal 3 kids: While there are certainly other things that may be going on, having 3 children of those ages is pretty stressful, no matter how capable you are, how much your partner helps etc. Most likely more rest, exercise, better diet..All of the things that accompany a healthy lifestyle would improve your libido. And most importantly, don't be self conscious about it...That just makes your stress worse... ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Pooh color...: Pooh comes in many colors depending on age and diet. Green is not a problem. The color can change based on the child's diet. Bright red or dark red/black pooh would be of concern as this is a sign of milk allergy. Iron can change the color of pooh to black which is not a problem. As the child is well green is no problem. It is not related to stress as long as there is no diarrhea stomach pain. ...Read more

Children are mirrors: Sorry to say this, but behavioral problems in chidden are often a reflection of parental behaviors or possibly other stressors in their environment. The connection with the mother is usually the most influential. The mother's life condition is very often reflected in the child's behavior. So it would be helpful to act how you want your child to act. ...Read more
