Extreme Tiredness Before Period
I started my period March 2nd ended March 6th about 11 days later I started spotting. My spotting lasted 6 days, now I'm facing extreme tiredness.
I took plan b mar.14.15. I've been having extreme tiredness and 2nd period when I started metronidazole 2 days ago. I'm scared to take my next dose. ?
Had very light period,PMS symptoms from 1 week before extreme tiredness, body feeling warm.This subsided after period started.From day 4 started again?

Go to see your MD: You have iron deficiency- despites taking the oral iron. How do you take it? If you only take once a day- then increase to 3x/day. Take it on empty stomach and drink it with orange juice or vitamin c to increase absorption. How is your diet? Couple things: It could be that its just breakthrough bleeding and not your period. It could also be implantation bleeding from an early pregnancy. Have u been checked?: Abdominal discomfort can be caused by lots of things & may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer "what to do." Most likely, normal: Rule out pregnancy, of course. My own take on this is that, particularly with heavy menses, there is notable amount of retrograde menstrual flow (back flow of menstrual effluent) through the fallopian tubes into the abdominal cavity. This could serve to irritate the peritoneal lining (eliciting pain, bloating, etc..) as well as nearby bowel; leading to some of the possible GI symptoms described. ...Read more

Abnormal: You should be evaluated immediately by a gynecologist. Your symptoms are do to anemia from blood loss. Several conditions can cause abnormal uterine bleeding.
