Pupils dilated: Consider a toxic ingestion of a medication or poison. If he is acting otherwise normal then perhaps not likely, but if he had any other symptoms, such as altered mental status, vomiting, fever, etc then urgent medical attention may be warranted. Is there a cure for light sensitivity or am i just stuck with it?

Maybe: Your eyes can be sensitive to light for a number of reasons. If the sensitivity is due to a condition that is irritating the cornea or iris, than treating those conditions will help the sensitivity. If your eyes are healthy, but just generally light sensitive, then decreasing the sensitivity by blocking some of the light with sunglasses or hats may help. Sorry but no: I'm sorry to say, there are no contact lenses that treat photophobia ( light sensitivity). Just sunglasses, which happen to work quite well. Best of luck and feel better. ...Read more
