55 yo woman. Taking Trileptal, Pristiq, (desvenlafaxine) Nsaids. Experienieng extreme fatigue, dizziness, SOB, nausea, urinary hesitancy. Could it be low blood sodi?
Yes: The fatigue, nausea and dizziness can be low sodium. Have that checked. The urinary hesitancy can be an anticholinergic side effect of the medication. Your period should have been due on 7/27, if your periods are regular every 28 days. You don't mention using contraception. If you are pregnant, it's early -- about 3-4 weeks along. You certainly could have all of the symptoms you describe.
