What you describe: sounds suspiciously like hypoglycemia...although I could not guess why...Do you have a family history of Diabetes?? See doc again: If you have a history of anemia and are on treatment but fatigue is getting worse, it's time to get re-checked by your doctor. The anemia may not be responding and the cause of the iron deficiency needs to be clarified and treated. Many things can cause extreme fatigue, anemia is just one of them.
