More info is needed: Despite age 18, your described change in penis and bum suggest a presence of some sort of nerve disorders - neuropathy, but certainly require more info + physical exam before deducing its possible cause. Probably not: If your symptoms were present before accutane - it's probably not the medicine. I would encourage you to see MD to rule out Chron's disease vs ulcerative colitis.
