May need uro/gyn ck: You may have a better diagnosis from a uro/gynecologist, who can test if your have urethral spasm, and if it's hormonally related or not, if it's a consistent monthly finding with your pcos. Good that you don't have uti, or urinary frequency with this. ...Read more

Urinary leukocytes: I am assuming your urine culture was done and was negative, right? White cells greater per 5 per high power field can be a sign of inflammation or infection. There is culture negative urine with high white cells from such things as urinary TB. Has a vaginal/pelvic exam been done to see if the white cells may come from another source? ...Read more

Atrophy?: Atrophic vaginitis or desquamative vaginitis can cause the vaginal symptoms, as can other infections besides yeast, like bacteria and viruses. The treatments are all very different, so you'd need a gyn specialist to sort it out. As far as the llq pain, it may or may not be related, but it could be caused by a stone, or an ovarian cyst. But a kidney stone wouldn't cause vaginal burning. ...Read more

Tou may give 1-2 weeks of time to try; if hurting in passing it or never passed, proceed with procedural removal. So, removing it with procedures would be more realistic and practical. Possibilities include: endometriosis, chronic pid, uterine abnormality, or very likely a chronic "pain syndrome" such as interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome (urinary urgency, frequency, bladder discomfort) or chronic pelvic pain syndrome which can be a symptom of another disease, or it can be a condition in its own right. ...Read more
