Easy: Get your sleep, about 7 hours per night. Yes, the temptation will be to stay up late because you think it's a sign of productivity. The reality is that taxing your sleep will make learning much less efficient- established fact! Better to go to sleep early and wake up extra early . Also routine exercise is huge to oxygenate the brain and staying away from junk food eg eat plenty of veggies and fruits. Deprivation: Successful recovery from sleep deprivation can take weeks to months of maintaining a regular bedtime/ wake up schedule, sleeping at least 8 hours per night, avoiding excessive caffeine and alcohol, and getting treatment for any underlying sleep disorder. Rest is good: Adequate sleep, avoidance of stimulants, and alcohol, proper nutirition, hydration, exercise... And of course adequate sleep. Naps of less than 1/2 hour probably wont help - uninterupted sleep for at least 6-7 preferrably 8 hours a night helps.
